Frank Rivera, P.E., LEED AP
President
Frank Rivera is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of NY, and a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional with over 15 years of experience in the HVAC and Sustainability industries. Frank is an active member of ASHRAE NY and served as President in 2017-18. He is currently a member of the Board of Governors in addition to holding the Regional Vice Chair Technology Transfer Position. Frank’s passion for design, and sustainable and economical solutions drives him and Thermal Systems Associates to be at the forefront of the decarbonization future.

Stephanie O'Dea
Applications Engineer
A Graduate of University of Nebraska's Architectural Engineering school, Stephanie has always had a passion for buildings and how they function. Stephanie started at Johnson Controls in the Building Efficiency Branch then brought her knowledge of systems over to Thermal Systems Associates where she has been for over five years. She now uses her 10+ years of experience in helping designs systems from gas-fired boilers to electric hot water heaters in the ever-changing HVAC industry.

Dave Van Wickler
Sales Engineer
Mechanical engineer and NY Maritime alumni with 25 years in HVAC systems, design development, design-build, VE, and sales. David has held previous positions with Xylem and Armstrong Pumps in sales management roles. David's supports M/P disciplines, through technical training, equipment selection and best in class design strategies.

Justin Randolph
Technical Sales/Product Training
Coming from generations of talented technicians and gifted mechanical gurus, Justin brings his over 10 years of commercial HVAC and plumbing experience to Thermal Systems as a contractor oriented Technical Salesman. Justin started in this industry as a field technician with a family-owned HVAC company, later moving in to wholesale management and sales. An accomplished singer/actor, Mr. Randolph draws on his years of stage experience to create engaging, concise, and informative training classes for Thermal System’s customers and their clients.

Don Henderson draws from over 8+ years of experience as a Manufacturer’s Representative, he draws on his teaching experience to educate contractors, engineers, and end users on a complete system solution in the commercial HVAC/Plumbing Industry.
